1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Products
You may request a return if:
• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Used or washed products
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Clearance or discounted items unless defective

• Reason for return
• Photos or video evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Services and Digital Products
Payments made for services, digital products, subscriptions, or consultancy are non-refundable once the service has started or access has been provided.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
